In the heart of the grain cropping Wimmera region, in Western Victoria, the town of Horsham has been officially recognised for creating a new world record for the Nutbush dance. Guinness World Records has recognised Horsham for their five minute and 15 seconds peformance of the Nutbush dance, performed by hundreds of dancers. Horsham Rural City councillor Mark Radford received an email on Monday night congratulating the team for their achievement and bestowing them with the Guinness World Record title. The dance, performed last November on the Horsham City Oval, involved dancers between the ages of six and 90 gyrating Tina Turner's famous song, Nutbush City Limits. The team was required to submit video footage, photographs, signed witness statements and other evidence to Guinness World Records in London to prove their feat. He said the standard required of the team was "quite high", with everyone having to perform exactly the same moves.

Inspired by Tina Turner 's song, the dance emerged as "The Nutbush" in the s disco era. The Nutbush particularly took off in Australia during the s, and is usually performed in schools, social gatherings and community events. The dance has gained such popularity in Australia that it has been implemented in some Australian states' curriculums. The dance is generally performed by a group of people of all genders and ages at a social function. Also, the dance is performed with the dancers roughly in a box configuration, like that of a chessboard. The steps are fairly simple, such that one who does not know them can generally pick them up by watching other dancers. A key in the song and dance being a popular combination is that the song has a moderately long introduction before the strong dance beat starts, which allows people who are sitting down to get up and to the dance floor and for all dancers to assemble themselves in a grid. For comparison, see the song " Do The Bus Stop ".

If this is the case, she definitely can be reprogrammed and awakened. But, if ever were there were a time to be overly cautious it's with this topic. How is that gonna work. I mean, I get where it comes from but it's so ridiculous. It made me sad to think that the thing that was most important my life в my faith в was something that I could never fully share with my husband.
Ignore the busy-bodies who want to condemn your significant other. Mormonism, like many extreme religions, often stunts the growth of its members. Here are my thoughts as someone who grew up with a non-mormon father and as someone who married a non-mormon girl. I've been doing it wrong. There is no question this is the true church. Would you rather give up the prospect of being married in the temple, the assurance of children being raised in the church, and parts of Mormon culture for your boyfriend, or a great man for your beliefs. I've learned that when I need attention, it's best to ask for it rather than wasting time acting sad or frustrated. Interfaith marriage is but one variety of the learning experience.
